Shipping & Returns

If you are uneasy about placing an order through our web site, we would be glad to take your order over the phone. Simply contact one of our representatives at 404-262-1966. Please do not place an order through e-mail, as this would bypass all of the security mentioned in the previous section.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal. Currently we do not ship outside of the Continental United States. Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis to Alaska and Hawaii, but must be done by phone in order. An 8% sales tax will be charged for all shipments to Georgia and orders placed from Georgia as per Georgia tax code.

Please keep in mind that FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes. Shipping fees are also waived if you opt to pick up your order at our Buckhead, Atlanta, GA Store. Orders placed over the phone are not eligible for free shipping. Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders, and will be presented during the checkout process. We are available during normal business hours to discuss time-sensitive orders.

In-stock items will be shipped within three business days. All other products will come directly from the manufacturer. Please contact us via phone or e-mail (info@benniesshoes.com) as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Your shipment should arrive within 10 to 14 days from when the order was received. You will be notified immediately if a product must be backordered, at which time you will have the option of cancellation followed by a full refund. Note, Please remember to allow 1 day to process your order for all expidited orders. Our shippers only pick up Monday thru Friday holidays excluded.

We at Bennie's Shoes pride ourselves in being able to accommodate customers seeking shoes in hard-to-find sizes and widths. However availability is sometimes limited for certain styles. If we are unable to fill your order for any reason, you will be contacted regarding any delays in the shipment. At that time you may opt to receive a full refund or make an exchange. It is our promise to work with you and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience from start to finish.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow these guidelines in a timely fashion to ensure that you receive a refund or replacement:

To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive the returned product within 45 days of the original order date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this initial 45-day period has elapsed.

Items must be returned with the manufacturer's box in an unworn state. For this reason, please fit your shoes inside on a carpeted area first. If during inspection it is determined that the product has received wear, it will be returned to the buyer.

When sending a product back, please return it to Bennie's and not the manufacturer. Include a copy of your internet receipt along with a note telling us what you need (i.e. exchange or refund). Shipment should be through FedEx, with the appropriate level of insurance, as this will allow both parties to track the transaction status with confidence. If you are an Atlanta area resident you may optionally return the product, along with the original box and sales receipt, to our Buckhead, Atlanta, GA store location within 45 days of the order.

Please allow one business day for the processing of your return. In the case of a refund, we will issue it using your original form of payment.
